You can choose any kind of berries for this recipe. The combination of berries and coconut will make it smooth and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of low-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or blackberries (or any other berries)
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 4 ice-cubes

Preparation

Gluten-Free Berry- Coconut Smoothie

Place all the ingredients above in a blender or food processor. Blend until it is smooth and serve immediately.
