Ingredients
- ½ cup of low-fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or blackberries (or any other berries)
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- ½ cup vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder
- ½ teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 4 ice-cubes
